SAP Project Manager - Lead Consultant

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading project planning sessions. - Coordinating staff and internal resources. - Managing project progress and adapting work as required. - Ensuring projects meet deadlines. - Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. - Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff. - Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. - Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business, Management, or related field. - 8-11 years of project management experience. - Proficiency in German. - Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. - Experience in managing medium to large projects. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Additionally, preferred skills include experience in a specific industry or field, familiarity with project management software tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
