Job Description

Job Summary:

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage project budgets and timelines.

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project-related issues promptly.

SAP Implementation

Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
Ensure SAP systems are optimized for business processes.

Post-Implementation Support

Provide support and troubleshooting post go-live.
Ensure documentation and training for end-users.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, PMI, or SAP certification preferred.
7+ years of experience managing SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.).
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Financial and resource management.
Risk assessment and mitigation.
Change management and stakeholder engagement.
