Job Description

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PMO role within international companies.

2. Deep knowledge of project management best practices.

3. Strong leadership skills, with expertise in conflict management and negotiation.

4. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

5. Proven experience with Lumpsum ERP Implementations.

6. Mandatory certifications: SAP Activate, PMP, or Agile Certification.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Demonstrated experience as a Project Management Officer.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

2. High proficiency in documentation and presentation.

3. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

4. Effective interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

5. Proven ability to draft new and update existing PMO policies and processes.

6. Skilled in evaluating projects for compliance with company standards, tools, and templates.

7. Ability to assess and improve current project processes, implementing new methods where necessary.

8. Capability to establish and update PMO processes, procedures, and systems.

9. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance project quality and efficiency
