Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Consultant to join our team for a full-cycle implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP PPQM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes at client sites in Mumbai and Thane.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute end-to-end SAP PPQM implementation at client location.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
* Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules to align with clients manufacturing and quality processes.
* Integrate PPQM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO).
* Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
* Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation.
* Act as a subject matter expert for SAP PPQM best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years of SAP PPQM consulting experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects.
* Strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) processes: MRP, BOM, Routing, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning.
* Solid knowledge of Quality Management (QM) processes: Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Certificates.
* Hands-on experience in integration with other SAP modules.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
* Ability to work independently at client location.
Educational Qualification
* degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* SAP PP/QM certification preferred.
