SAP PP Solution Design and Implementation Specialist

As an SAP PP Solution Design and Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement solutions aligned with company quality standards and business processes. Your expertise in Enterprise Plant Maintenance and SAP-PM implementation will be crucial in supporting digital transformation within a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the design and implementation of solutions in alignment with company quality standards, defined business processes, and methodologies as per the business case. - Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. - Act as SME in Enterprise Production, SAP-MM (Material Management), and SAP-PP (Production Planning), ensuring compliance with company's Group standards, templates, and master data requirements within SAP. - Provide SME-level support to the service operations team when required. - Contribute across the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP-MM and PP, from ideation to implementation. - Lead coordination of hypercare activities post-deployment, supporting enterprise planning and shop floor operations. - Identify and propose solution enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements within the domain of responsibility. - Identify issues, risks, and dependencies during solution design and implementation and drive timely mitigation actions. - Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in SAP solution design and implementation to propose innovations and improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in ERP solutions. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Plant Maintenance and SAP-PM implementation, preferably within a digital transformation/manufacturing (ERPMOM) environment. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering complex, innovative solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. - Strong knowledge of technology applications in the manufacturing domain, with proven experience in solution design and implementation for Enterprise Plant Maintenance. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across culturally diverse teams. - Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented professional with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.,
