A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
o 7 -10 years relevant experience in Sap Service Management implementation preferably with ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.o Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as SM designer with secondary skills of Plant Maintenance Module.o We are looking for all round experts that have experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order Management, delivery and invoice and integrations with other modules such as PM, SD, MM and FI/FICOo Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important to ensure that we have the requirements clearly aligned with the business stakeholders.o Able to lead and drive delivery of an IT solution or GAPs to capture business requirements from various stakeholders• Preferred Skillso Some hands-on experience with SAP HR and CRM, either with ECC or S/4, will be an advantageo Able to work in a fast- paced environment, multi tasks on various allocations and handle stressful situations.o Knowledge on iFS Field Service Management solution is an advantage
