Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP PLM professional to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firm industry and possess strong knowledge of SAP PLM.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP PLM solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP PLM modules, including product data management, change management, and collaboration tools.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP PLM configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PLM implementation and maintenance.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP PLM functionality and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using SAP PLM.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of SAP PLM concepts, including product lifecycle management, data modeling, and system configuration.
Experience working with various SAP PLM modules, such as Product Data Management, Change Management, and Collaboration Tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in SAP PLM implementation and maintenance.
