Job Title: SAP PLM Architect

Location: India - Remote

Experience: 12+ Years in SAP, with at least 6+ years in SAP PLM

Role Description

With 10+ years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for the following duties in an SAP PLM Functional Consultant role.

Understanding Client Requirements:

Identifying and analyzing business needs and challenges to determine the best PLM solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Developing functional and technical specifications, designing processes, and implementing SAP PLM modules.

System Configuration:

Configuring SAP PLM modules, customizing the system to meet specific client needs, and ensuring data integrity.

Process Optimization:

Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to optimize PLM workflows.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Developing and executing test plans, ensuring the system functions correctly, and addressing any issues or bugs.

Training and Support:

Providing end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the PLM system.

Integration:

Working with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, EHS, QM, PPPI) and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation:

Creating and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Client Communication:

Working with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP PLM solutioning and architecture.

Deep expertise in SAP PLM functionalities and integrations.

Strong experience in S/4HANA PLM, ECC, PPM/EPPM.

Experience in leading large PLM transformation programs.

Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
