As a Manager/Sr Manager in the Industrial Practice at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional people and cutting-edge technology to solve our clients" toughest challenges across various industries. The Industrial Practice at Accenture has expertise in delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Process Automation & Digitization, Peer Benchmarking, IoT, Industry Analytics, and more. As a part of the team, you will be involved in driving various initiatives such as supporting Platforms-driven business design, providing solutions for complex client problems using SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, engaging with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solution designs. To excel in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, effective presentation and public speaking skills, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, cross-cultural competence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school, 7-15 years of SAP S4 HANA MM/SD/PP/QM/eWM/IBP experience, prior experience in working on large-scale transformation programs, and client-facing roles. Experience in industrial verticals is highly desirable.
