Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PEO implementation and support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and customize SAP PEO modules to meet business needs.
Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP PEO functionalities.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Create and maintain documentation related to SAP PEO processes and configurations.
Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications

6-12 years of experience in SAP PEO implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP PEO functionalities and best practices.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization tools.
Experience with data migration and integration processes in SAP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
