SAP Payroll Expert

Role Overview: As a member of the Pinkerton team, you will play a crucial role in representing Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures, enhancing and maintaining the business intelligence platform for improved analytics, providing support for data consolidation processes, and identifying optimization opportunities based on the product roadmap and business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Collaborate with client success teams to convert customer/business needs into technical procedures. - Enhance and maintain the business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics. - Support and streamline data consolidation processes. - Identify optimization opportunities based on the product roadmap and business challenges. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of relevant SAP HR experience. - Experience working in large/remote teams. - Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira is preferred. - Previous experience in at least one support project with a good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements, and HR cases. - Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool for comparing a large number of data records for an employee is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills to operate effectively in a virtual environment and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in Core HR functions including Organizational Management and Personnel Administration. - Experience in creating Personnel Actions and writing Dynamic Actions. - Ability to create objects in Organizational Management and understand reporting structures. - Experience with year-end activities, HR Support Packages (HRSPs), and benefits such as Canada Pension Plans. - Knowledge of User EXITS is a plus.
