SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end SAP PAPM implementations

  , including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Design and develop

  PAPM models

  such as:
• Calculation Models
  
• Process Models
  
• Allocation & Costing Models
  
• Configure

  profitability, cost allocation, and performance management scenarios

• Work on

  data integration from S/4HANA and other source systems

• Develop and optimize

  HANA-based models, calculation views, and SQL logic

• Perform

  unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

• Ensure performance optimization and data accuracy
  
• Prepare functional & technical documentation
  
• Provide

  production support, enhancements, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Risk, and IT teams
  
• Mentor junior consultants (for Senior / Lead roles)
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in

  SAP PAPM (PaPM)

• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA / SAP HANA

• Good knowledge of:
  
• Financial Accounting & Controlling concepts
  
• Costing, Allocations, Profitability Analysis
  
• Hands-on with:
  
• PAPM Modeling Framework
  
• HANA Studio / Web IDE
  
• SQL / Calculation Views
  
• Experience in

  End-to-End SAP implementations

  (Greenfield / Rollout)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  

Good to Have

• Experience with

  SAP FPSL / FSDM

• Banking or Financial Services domain exposure
  
• Exposure to

  Agile / SAP Activate methodology

• Experience in large transformation or migration programs
