SAP P2P Consultant - MM/WM Modules

As an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP MM and WM modules to cater to the specific requirements of chemical manufacturing processes. Working in locations like Noida, Hyderabad, or Pune during EST work timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM in a WFO mode, you must be available for immediate joining within 15 days. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. You will manage the procurement process for raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials, involving vendor selection and purchase order management. Optimizing purchasing strategies to reduce costs and enhance supplier relationships will also be part of your role. In terms of inventory management, you will need to implement batch management and quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize stockouts will be crucial. Additionally, configuring and optimizing warehouse layout and storage strategies for efficient handling of hazardous materials will be essential. Implementing barcode and RFID technologies for accurate inventory tracking within the warehouse will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as REACH, OSHA, and company policies related to chemical handling and storage will be key. Regular audits and inspections of inventory and warehouse processes will also be necessary to maintain compliance standards. You will be expected to provide ongoing support for SAP MM and WM applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as required. Conducting user training sessions and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and system utilization will also fall under your purview. Developing and maintaining reports on procurement, inventory levels, and warehouse performance to support decision-making will be important.
