SAP Operations Lead

As a SAP Operations Lead at STL Digital, you will play a crucial role in managing SAP functional and technical work streams. Your responsibilities will include project planning, monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with IT outsourced partners to ensure SLA compliance and support KPIs. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to contribute to business enablement initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing change management, continuous improvement, and identifying and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and business users. You will support and coach team members through project processes and ensure successful project delivery within budget constraints.
