SAP Operations - Business One/ Hana

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the SAP S/4HANA transformation and overseeing operations for all retail-related SAP modules such as Retail, MM, SD, FMS, CAR, FI/CO. Your role will involve aligning SAP initiatives with business goals across merchandising, pricing, POS, inventory, warehousing, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will guide and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SAP projects including greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. - Collaborate with cross-functional retail teams to gather requirements and deploy scalable SAP solutions. - Ensure high availability and performance of SAP HANA systems and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and WMS platforms. - Drive digital retail innovation through SAP technologies including Fiori, CAR (Customer Activity Repository), and Analytics Cloud. - Maintain vendor relationships and oversee SLA compliance with SAP and implementation partners. - Ensure system compliance with retail audit, security, and data protection standards. Qualifications Required: - Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Retail background. - Experience with SAP operations, specifically in SAP Business One and Hana. - Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Retail, MM, SD, FMS, CAR, FI/CO. - Proven track record in leading SAP projects and guiding teams to successful delivery. - Familiarity with SAP technologies including Fiori, CAR, and Analytics Cloud.
