SAP Business One/ Hana

As a SAP Business One/ Hana professional at Leading Shopping Mall, located in Vadlapudi, Vishakhapatnam, your role involves leading the SAP S/4HANA transformation and overseeing operations for all retail-related SAP modules such as Retail, MM, SD, FMS, CAR, FI/CO. Your responsibilities will include: - Aligning SAP initiatives with business goals across merchandising, pricing, POS, inventory, warehousing, and customer engagement. - Guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure delivery excellence. - Managing SAP projects including greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. - Collaborating with cross-functional retail teams to gather requirements and deploy scalable SAP solutions. - Ensuring high availability and performance of SAP HANA systems and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and WMS platforms. - Driving digital retail innovation through SAP technologies including Fiori, CAR (Customer Activity Repository), and Analytics Cloud. - Maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing SLA compliance with SAP and implementation partners. - Ensuring system compliance with retail audit, security, and data protection standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 5+ years of experience in a retail background, which is mandatory for this position.
