SAP Operations - Business One/ Hana

You will be responsible for leading the SAP S/4HANA transformation and overseeing operations for all retail-related SAP modules such as Retail, MM, SD, FMS, CAR, FI/CO. Your role will involve aligning SAP initiatives with business goals across merchandising, pricing, POS, inventory, warehousing, and customer engagement. It will be essential to guide and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure delivery excellence. Your duties will include managing SAP projects, encompassing greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Collaboration with cross-functional retail teams to gather requirements and deploy scalable SAP solutions will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to ensure the high availability and performance of SAP HANA systems and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and WMS platforms. Driving digital retail innovation through SAP technologies like Fiori, CAR (Customer Activity Repository), and Analytics Cloud will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing SLA compliance with SAP and implementation partners, and ensuring system compliance with retail audit, security, and data protection standards will be necessary to excel in this role.,
