Job Description

The candidate must have an MBA with Human Resources specialization. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of HR-Recruitment domain/functional experience in reputed MNCs. It is required that you possess the latest SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) certification. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in the SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) module, specifically in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects. Furthermore, you need to have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module, also in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects. You should have a minimum of 2-4 relevant project experiences, encompassing full implementation cycles and support projects in the SAP HCM (ECC and S/4HANA) module as well as in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) module. Hands-on experience in Provisioning settings and Admin center settings for SF-Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) is essential. Experience with data migration and data management activities in the SF-ONB module is required. Knowledge of Fiori Apps is a must.
