Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review Functional and Technical Specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Review results of Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system behavior.
Perform self-testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in the sign-off process.
Responsible for production migration of multiple projects and enhancements.
Coordinate activities simultaneously across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:
Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), MBA, CA, or ICWA from a reputed institute.
Preferred Qualification:
SAP Certification in ECC or HANA, particularly in SAP Project System (PS) module.

Functional Skills:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
Understanding of integration aspects with other SAP modules such as:
MM (Materials Management)
SD (Sales and Distribution)
PM (Plant Maintenance)
QM (Quality Management)
PP (Production Planning)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong configuration knowledge of:
WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
Network activities
Milestones
Cost planning and budgeting
Material requirement planning (MRP)
Project quotations
Time sheets and goods issues
Other SAP PS project management functionalities
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum total experience: 10+ years.
Relevant experience: Strong background specifically in the SAP PS module.
