Job Title: DEO (SAP Operator – MM Module) Location: Sanand, Gujarat Salary: ₹27,000 CTC Key Responsibilities: Handle client emails and billing data requests. Process billing orders (STO – Stock Transfer Order, SO – Sales Order). Prepare Order Booking Documents (OBD) and update Excel reports. Coordinate requisitions with FT & Beko team. Check stock reports and prepare GRN reports for the inward team. Generate quality reports for inward and dispatch teams. Prepare invoices based on OBD and dispatch requests. Generate E-way bills and coordinate with transport team. Update dispatch details in SAP and share reports with customers. Candidate Requirements: 2–3 years of experience. HSC/Graduate qualification. SAP MM knowledge (GRN, invoicing, stock reports, e-way bill, dispatch, material transfer, etc.). Strong in Advanced Excel (MIS, VLOOKUP, Pivot, Quality & Transport reports). Basic email drafting skills. Ability to resolve customer queries.
