Role & responsibilities

SAP P2P/STP Lead Consultant (10+ Years Experience)Job Summary

• Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP solutions, including system configuration, module customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, PP) and external systems.
• Conduct business process workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and create business blueprint documentation based on requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and subject matter expertise to ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives.
• Define and manage integration strategies for internal legacy systems and external third-party applications.

Project delivery

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial blueprinting and design to realization, testing, and hypercare.
• Contribute to the overall project management plan, including resource allocation, budget adherence, and timeline management.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and technical direction to the implementation team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers (ABAP), basis, and other functional consultants, to deliver integrated solutions.

Operational support and enhancement

• Provide advanced-level support for SAP P2P/ S2P /OTC-related issues, including incident management and complex problem resolution.
• Design and execute testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system quality and stability.
• Prepare end-user manuals and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users and support teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Specific P2P (MM) responsibilities

• Procurement process:

  Deep expertise in the end-to-end P2P cycle, from purchase requisition to invoice verification.

• Master data management:

  Design and configure master data objects, including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Business Partner.

• Sourcing and procurement:

  Configure purchasing documents, manage release strategies, and handle inventory management.

• Integration:

  Solid understanding of integration with SAP Ariba and other modules like FI, WM/EWM.

Specific OTC (SD) responsibilities

• Sales process:

  Deep expertise in the end-to-end STP cycle, including sales order management, pricing, and billing.

• Master data management:

  Experience with Customer Master and Material Master data, including pricing master records.

• Pricing and billing:

  Design and configure complex pricing procedures, billing plans, and revenue recognition.

• Logistics execution:

  Strong knowledge of shipping, transportation, and logistics integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM (P2P) or SD (STP), with a strong background in S/4HANA.
• Completed at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale global implementation projects.
• Expertise in configuring relevant master data, enterprise structure, and key business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong debugging skills and knowledge of reading ABAP code.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification is preferred but not required
