Job Title : SAP MDG Technical Consultant (Remote) Experience : 6 to 10 Years Location : Remote (India Preferred) Job Type : Full-Time / Contract Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with deep expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end Master Data Management solutions across SAP MDG, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving master data governance initiatives and enabling robust, scalable, and compliant data management frameworks for our clients. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement SAP MDG solutions covering Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner domains. - Lead migration activities to the MDG Hub, including initial load of existing master data, validation rules, and derivations using BRF+ and BADIs. - Set up and manage the Data Replication Framework (DRF) and data import using Data Import Framework (DIF), SOA services, and ALE configuration. - Configure key and value mapping for effective data harmonization across systems. - Integrate SAP MDG with SAP Information Steward for data remediation and with SAP Data Services for data validation. - Develop and enhance solutions using BAPIs, BADIs, and custom MDG-specific workflows. - Configure and maintain SAP MDG UI and data models, including customizing attributes and validation rules. - Assist stakeholders in building business case justifications for MDG/MDM implementations. - Provide functional and technical support in Customer and Vendor master data processes within SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems. Required Skills & Experience : - Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG (Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner). - Experience in SAP ABAP, BRF+, and workflow configuration within the MDG context. - Practical knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models. - Expertise in DRF, SOA Manager, IDoc/ALE, and key/value mapping setup. - Integration experience with SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services. - Good understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and compliance standards. - Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration in remote working environments.
