SAP Materials Management

As a SAP MM Consultant, your role involves facilitating the implementation and support of the SAP MM team in the Procurement process according to business requirements. Your responsibilities include: - Developing the Purchase Module (MM), including testing and training in alignment with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). - Having a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes, encompassing Direct/Indirect purchase and Sales. - Providing technical support to the Supply Management Group (SMG). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like procurement, warehousing, and finance to comprehend business requirements and integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules and external systems. - Developing and executing SAP MM strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize procurement efficiency, inventory control, and vendor management. - Ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices in procurement management. - Documenting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases, scripts, and results. - Proactively identifying and suggesting enhancements to business processes or systems. - Actively participating in testing phases such as unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP MM functionality and best practices. You are also required to be part of the post-go-live support team for the SMG Plant.,
