They are currently seeking a SAP WM/LES Functional Consultant to join their elite IT team based in Moline, IL, serving clients and consultants across the US, Canada, Europe & India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with business and technical teams to comprehend warehouse management and logistics execution requirements. - Lead end-to-end WM/LES implementations and/or data migration projects. - Configure SAP WM and LES modules to facilitate inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management. - Collaborate with MM, SD, and EWM teams to ensure smooth data and process flow. - Prepare detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation. - Lead unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Drive go-live preparation, hypercare support, and post-go-live optimization. - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 6 to 10+ years of hands-on SAP WM/LES experience. - Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, put away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. - Experience in SAP WM/LES data migration tools and strategies. - Integration experience with MM, SD, and EWM modules. - Solid grasp of SAP best practices for warehouse/logistics operations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills with experience working in client-facing roles. - S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.,
