- Hands on experienceand subject matter experts on SAP ISU ( preferably billing or FICA modules)
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
- Responsible for managing day to day ISUoperations and troubleshooting and ability to provide workarounds while RCA isin process
- understanding on SAP batch jobs and scheduling
- familiarity with SAP ISU integration withither SAP modules and external systems
- Identify and propose process improvements
- collaborate with business stakeholders tounderstand their needs and ensure business goals and operations are met
