  • Hands on experience and subject matter experts on SAP ISU ( preferably billing or FICA modules)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible for managing day to day ISU operations and troubleshooting and ability to provide workarounds while RCA is in process • understanding on SAP batch jobs and scheduling • familiarity with SAP ISU integration with ither SAP modules and external systems • Identify and propose process improvements • collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure business goals and operations are met • Effective communication • Strong Incident management process exposure or awareness
