SAP IS-U (Customer Service) Consultant

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS configuration and implementation experience (move-in/move-out, disconnection/reconnection, contract account management, contact log, BPEMs etc).

• Work closely with billing, device management, and SAP Service cloud C4C teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Deep understanding of utilities-specific business processes (e.g., meter-to-cash, customer onboarding, service requests).
• Experience with integration to SAP C4C, FICA, and Device Management.
• Knowledge of BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) and SAP C4C Integration.
