Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SAP HR Payroll Consultant to join our team and support payroll implementations and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with a strong preference for those who have worked on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or European country payroll

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP Payroll
implementations, enhancements, and support
activities.
Configure and maintain SAP
Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and info types
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to ensure
payroll accuracy and compliance
.
Perform
payroll testing, data validation, and reconciliation
.
Provide expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP
) integration and functionality
.
Provide expertise in Point-to-point replication (PTP) and functionality.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, especially for European countries.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and provide end-user support.
Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
Participate in payroll audits and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly preferred.
Prior experience with European payroll is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
