Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, including statutory requirements and reporting specific to the UK. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or EC Payroll is a strong advantage. Youll be working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and optimized payroll solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM UK Payroll Configuration & Support:

• Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP).
• Ensure compliance with UK legal and tax regulations and handle year-end activities.

• Integration with SuccessFactors:

• Collaborate with HR teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll issues and manage payroll cycles.
• Work on integration and data flow between SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Payroll.

• Testing, Audits & Reporting:

• Participate in testing, audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Support implementation of enhancements, upgrades, and new payroll features.

• Documentation & Training:

• Create detailed documentation (functional specs, test plans, SOPs) and deliver training sessions for end users.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting.
• Strong understanding of time evaluation, info type configuration, and payroll integration points.
• Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Centre or Time Off configuration.
• Familiarity with FIORI payroll apps, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting tools.
• SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors modules.
• Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country rollouts.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP Certifications are a plus.
