Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Technical Capabilities: Good Experience in SAP PM, PS SAP ECC, SAP S/4 End to end configuration experience in SAP PM/CS/PS modules Integration of SAP with end-to-end asset management processes and systems such as Scheduling and planning Maintenance execution Field Service Management Project Management Asset Management Experience of integration with other SAP modules SD, MM, FICO, and HR. S4 Hana experience in the areas of PM, Asset Management, MRS, PS Proficiency in configuration of Plant structure, Technical Objects, Notifications, IDOCS and Order Types, Maintenance Plans, Task lists, Bill of Materials, Calibration of Test equipment and Refurbishment of repairable spares, Measuring Points / Counters, for Costing, Budgeting and Settlement, SAP MM and SD integration, Detailed Reporting in PM/CS Experience of working with Fiori and guiding/advising technical and other teams in any related configuration activities. Effective/clear verbal and oral communication skills in English. Analytical/Problem solving skills. SDLC, testing & defect management Responsibilities: Provide SAP Plant Maintenance support including asset management, project management, and work management. Manage application maintenance and enhancement projects. Liaise with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct system testing, update defects, coordinate UAT signoff, and manage release/deployment. Deliver impact assessments and solutions for change requests. Assess and suggest upgrades in support packs/enhancement packs. Manage major incidents and prepare cutover plans/RFC for implementation. Build documentation and catalogues for supported applications and known errors. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support design of management reports. Engage proactively with business to build trust and relationships. Qualifications: 10+ years of overall experience. Capability to translate business requirements into design and development. Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience. Proven track record on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. Ability to assist customers with business cases for development options. Excellent communication skills. Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions. Experience in support projects. Utilities industry experience (preferred). Degree level education/BE. SAP certification in Plant Maintenance (preferred).

SAP HR Payroll Job Title: SAP HR Payroll with SuccessFactors Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5+ Years Preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, including statutory requirements and reporting specific to the UK. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or EC Payroll is a strong advantage. Youll be working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and optimized payroll solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: SAP HCM UK Payroll Configuration & Support: Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP). Ensure compliance with UK legal and tax regulations and handle year-end activities. Integration with SuccessFactors: Collaborate with HR teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll issues and manage payroll cycles. Work on integration and data flow between SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Payroll. Testing, Audits & Reporting: Participate in testing, audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Support implementation of enhancements, upgrades, and new payroll features. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation (functional specs, test plans, SOPs) and deliver training sessions for end users. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll. In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting. Strong understanding of time evaluation, info type configuration, and payroll integration points. Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Centre or Time Off configuration. Familiarity with FIORI payroll apps, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting tools. SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors modules. Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country rollouts. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP Certifications are a plus.
