Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or EC Payroll is a strong advantage. Youll be working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and optimized payroll solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: SAP HCM UK Payroll Configuration & Support: Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP). Ensure compliance with UK legal and tax regulations and handle year-end activities.
