SAP HCM Functional Consultant

As a SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for functioning independently based on information gathered from various sources, including internal and external business partners and Country Solutions & Localization team leadership. Your role will involve managing all aspects of product solution delivery and related communications, while providing regular status reports on key issues to internal business partners and team leadership following defined processes and guidelines. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include developing and supporting both internal and external stakeholders, researching and defining the SAP application architecture, and implementing new technologies. You will act as a hands-on technical leader, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure that development meets standards in areas such as code quality, test coverage, and monitoring for desired output. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and debugging new and existing applications, optimizing code and system performance, and troubleshooting existing applications. In this role, you will also perform HRSP analysis on a monthly basis to ensure no impact on country solutions and apply corrections provided by SAP. Adherence to GV Template standards for processes and methodology, including naming conventions, Schema & PCR's customization, configuration, testing, and documentation, will be crucial in all work activities performed. Furthermore, you will provide consulting services to IMP/Sales on solutions within the GV Product Template scope and actively participate in product design workshops with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also involve assisting in the project management of new releases, including rollouts, upgrades, application of patches, and notes, to apply them to both Template & Regional systems. Your expertise and proactive involvement will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions and meeting business needs effectively.,
