SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Expert in handling Payroll Schemas, PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules), Processing Classes, and Evaluation Classes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, and provide functional solutions.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and seamless integration with SAP Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related functional issues effectively.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and audits.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP HCM Functional role, especially Payroll (Indian or UK).
• In-depth knowledge of Payroll configurations, Schemas, PCR, Processing Classes, and Evaluation Classes.
• Good understanding of SAP modules integration (FI, MM).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad (if currently based elsewhere).
