Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to enhance CRM functionalities.
• Configure and develop custom triggers, workflows, and process automation to meet business requirements.
• Work on complex integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party applications.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver incremental product enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Salesforce Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Visualforce

• Proven expertise in

  Sales Cloud & Service Cloud development

• Salesforce Certifications highly preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Solid understanding of data integration, sharing rules, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
