We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll modules to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Indian Payroll or UK Payroll processes within SAP HCM. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions aligned with client requirements. Expert in handling Payroll Schemas, PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules), Processing Classes, and Evaluation Classes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, and provide functional solutions. Ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and seamless integration with SAP Finance modules. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related functional issues effectively. Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation. Support system upgrades, patches, and audits. Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams. Key Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP HCM Functional role, especially Payroll (Indian or UK). In-depth knowledge of Payroll configurations, Schemas, PCR, Processing Classes, and Evaluation Classes. Good understanding of SAP modules integration (FI, MM). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad (if currently based elsewhere).
