• Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years
• Band Consideration: Based strictly on relevant experience only. Profiles with lower experience for higher band will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and support core SAP HCM modules including:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (country-specific, if required)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to:
• Gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Perform SAP HCM:
• System configuration
• Enhancements
• Unit testing and support
• Documentation
  

Required Expertise

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA / OM / TM / Payroll)
• Experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation or support projects
