Key Responsibilities

• Working Experience on 

  SAP HCM modules

   including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and 

  Indian Payroll

  .
• Must have experience in

  Indian Payroll

• Participate in 

  implementation, rollout, and support projects

  .
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM modules, especially 

  Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory compliance for Indian Payroll

   (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
• Support system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT).
• Strong hands-on experience in 

  Indian Payroll

   along with PA, OM, and Time Management.
• Good knowledge of 

  Indian statutory requirements and compliance

   in Payroll.
• Experience in 

  implementation, rollout, and support projects
