Job Title:

SAP & HANA System Engineer

Location:

Pune (Hybrid)

Experience Required:

4 to 9 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring a SAP & HANA System Engineer responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a mix of SAP Basis and HANA administration skills, with exposure to cloud environments and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support SAP systems including S/4HANA, HANA DB, and NetWeaver platforms
Perform daily system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
Administer HANA DB and support its high availability (HA) configuration
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline SAP deployments

Must-Have Skills

Experience in SAP Basis and HANA system administration
Practical knowledge of HA/DR for HANA and NetWeaver
Familiarity with SAP on GCP or similar cloud platforms

Preferred Skills

Basic scripting or automation knowledge
Understanding of SAP operations monitoring tools (e.g., SolMan, SAP EarlyWatch)

Soft Skills

Good team collaboration and documentation practices
Troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail
