Lead and oversee full-lifecycle implementations and support of SAP GTS, focusing on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Act as the primary functional expert, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules. Enable clients to optimize trade compliance, reduce risk, and streamline export/import operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• SAP GTS Expertise

  : 6–10 years in end-to-end SAP GTS implementation and support, specifically O2C domain.

• Functional Depth

  : Strong in customs, compliance, license determination, screening, preference rules.

• Integration Know-How

  : Proven experience working with SD, MM & FI modules.

• Technical Skills

  : Familiar with ALE/IDOC, EDI, spreadsheet integration, customs systems (e.g., CHIEF, ICEGATE).

• Testing & Documentation

  : Proficient in test design, cutover tasks, and functional documentation.

• Communication

  : Excellent English (written & spoken), including stakeholder and cross-cultural management.

• Certifications (nice-to-have)

  : SAP GTS Certification, or related SAP SD/MM credentials.
