We’re looking for an experienced SAP GTS E4H Expert to join our global team and support a leading enterprise client on their trade compliance and customs transformation journey.

🔍 Role Overview:-

As an SAP GTS E4H Expert, you’ll:-

✅ Support and enhance the Global Trade Services (GTS E4H) platform

✅ Work closely with end-users to define and document new requirements

✅ Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

✅ Collaborate with the AMS Team on issue resolution and enhancements

✅ Contribute to initiatives like the Customs Control Tower concept.

💡 What We’re Looking For:-

✔️ 7–10 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Trade Preference, or Customs Management

✔️ Strong expertise in SAP GTS / E4H platforms

✔️ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

✔️ Experience in Customs Broker setup and AMS support

✔️ Fluency in English

• Proven experience in organizational change management.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and principles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.

🌟 Nice to Have:-

• Prior consultancy experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of business process reengineering.
