SAP Functional Consultant - PP

You have a solid understanding of business knowledge, solution expertise, and consultation skills in SAP PP module. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge or experience in PPDS and IPPE. Your experience in deploying SAP PP module in green and brown fields, along with configuration experience in Discrete and Repetitive environments, especially in the Automotive sector, will be valued. Additionally, experience in working in an S4 Hana environment and integrating with SIEMENS PLM, KENAXIS tools, and other PLM systems is required. You should uphold respect and empathy for team members, business partners, and product customers, and be proficient in problem-solving and prevention techniques. Knowledge of software design patterns and practical experience in agile delivery are also essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the current business processes across all regions and plants - Understanding the functionality of current Legacy MRP and associated upstream and downstream systems - Collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze and transform current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards and technology, with a focus on SAP PP and MM modules - Conducting conference room pilots to assess the as-is and to-be scenarios, and identifying key functionality and process gaps - Recommending possible technology and process solutions to address the identified gaps - Developing a roadmap for transformation without disrupting operations - Deploying SAP S4 PP across various global sites and integrating with legacy and other best-in-breed applications - Coaching and training the team on PP business processes - Providing recommendations for continuous improvement Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification Please note that the above description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position.,
