You have a strong understanding of business knowledge and expertise in SAP PP module, along with consultation skills. It is preferred that you have knowledge or experience in PPDS and IPPE. Experience in deploying SAP PP module in green or brown field environments is necessary, as well as configuration experience in Discrete/Repetitive manufacturing, with a preference for Automotive sector experience. You should have experience working in an S4 Hana environment and integrating with SIEMENS PLM, KENAXIS tools, or other PLM systems. You value respect and empathy for team members, business partners, and product customers. Your problem-solving skills are excellent and you have knowledge of software design patterns. Practical experience in agile delivery is also required. Your responsibilities will include understanding current business processes across all regions/plants, as well as the functionality of legacy MRP and associated systems. You will work with stakeholders to transform current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards, focusing on SAP PP/MM module. Conducting conference room pilots to identify gaps and recommending technology/process solutions to address them will be part of your role. You will develop a roadmap for transformation without disrupting operations, deploy SAP S4 PP globally, and integrate it with legacy and other applications. Coaching/training the team on PP business processes and providing recommendations for continuous improvement are also key responsibilities.
