SAP Functional Consultant

As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support for the SAP FM, MM, FI, PS modules. Your primary duties will include addressing any issues or bugs that arise, troubleshooting business problems related to other SAP functions, and offering ad-hoc training and support to end-users to ensure effective usage of the SAP PP module. You will also be tasked with identifying and proposing enhancements to improve business processes and system efficiency, maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and user guides, and working closely with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the system. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution, regularly monitoring the system to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they escalate, and acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Furthermore, you will be required to stay updated with the latest SAP module developments and implement necessary updates and upgrades to keep the system running smoothly. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP FM, MM & FI modules and their integration with other SAP modules, strong analytical skills for efficient problem-solving, excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and end-users, project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, effective training capabilities, and strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other consultants and IT staff.,
