Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy SAP FIORI applications, optimizing user interfaces for seamless interaction and user experience enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with technical specifications.
Leveraging OData services to facilitate client-server communication in SAP environments, ensuring smooth data integration between front-end UI and back-end systems.
Utilize SAP Gateway and SAP NetWeaver technologies to create and manage data services, crucial for SAP FIORI and UI5 applications.
Provide technical expertise in ABAP programming, ensuring robust application logic and integration with SAP modules.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications to deliver high-quality solutions with optimal performance.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, designs, and guidelines to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Train and support junior developers and stakeholders, facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing skill development.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FIORI developments and industry best practices, applying new techniques and tools to improve system functionality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with substantial coursework in SAP technologies.
Proven experience in developing and deploying SAP FIORI applications and services within large and complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of OData services, SAP Gateway, and SAP NetWeaver integration framework.
Proficiency in SAP UI5 framework for front-end development, with experience in creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Extensive experience with ABAP programming language, including custom code development for SAP applications.
In-depth understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and integration methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and solution design.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative onsite team environment at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP FIORI projects, from concept through implementation and support, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Architect and configure OData services to enable seamless data interaction within SAP environments.
Perform code reviews, testing, and validation of SAP applications to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
Engage with stakeholders to define and refine project scope, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and recommend innovative SAP solutions.
Participate in workshops and user training sessions to enhance user adoption and address any concerns or challenges.
Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of project components.
Implement strategies for data security and compliance within SAP FIORI applications to protect sensitive business information.
Monitor system usage and performance, implementing optimizations as necessary to maintain efficient operation.
