SAP Finance (FICO) Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders without breaching the SLA s and KPI s.
• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Manage day-to-day issues to maintain smooth operations and user satisfaction.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to support business and IT users.
• Handle challenges with limited information and documentation, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC resolving issues related to New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, consolidation, configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.
• Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders

• Experience communicating effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Experience working with ABAP Developers

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Masters degree in a relevant field
• An understanding of project management principles
