Job Description: Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) – including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting . Solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS). Ability to gather business requirements , perform functional configuration , and translate into technical specifications . Exposure to ABAP debugging and working knowledge of custom enhancements/user exits/reports. Experience in handling end-to-end implementation, support, and rollout projects. Strong knowledge of New GL, Taxation (GST), Bank Interfaces, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) . Ability to work on interfaces, IDocs, and data migration using tools like LSMW/BAPIs . Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and coordinate with technical teams. Experience with S/4HANA is preferred (Migration or greenfield/brownfield project exposure). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role . Preferred: SAP Certification in FICO Experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery models Basic understanding of SAP BTP or Fiori apps
