SAP Finance Consultant

As a Business Process and Functional Support Specialist for the SAP FI module and its sub-modules (AP, AR, and AA), you will be responsible for providing support and expertise in various aspects. Your role will involve working on different RICEF objects, including designing and developing complex interfaces and conversion objects. You will be required to create test plans, conduct test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Application team to test and implement configuration changes related to bug fixes. It will be your responsibility to develop formal end user training plans and scripts in coordination with key business leaders and vendor/system integrator functional staff. You are expected to understand and adhere to IT policies and processes related to software development and implementation. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs), super-users, and both internal and external IT resources are crucial for successful project delivery. Working towards common business objectives, timelines, and ensuring quality delivery will be a key focus area. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with agreed-upon Service Delivery processes, updating documentation repositories, and call handling systems promptly to reflect changes made during call resolution. You will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, business users, and team members. Effective communication with business users in a constructive manner and keeping them informed of the progress on call resolution will be essential for success in this role.,
