About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled SAP Finance Consultant with 3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial modules to streamline business processes and enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and support cutover activities during SAP implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend SAP-based improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Finance processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).
• Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD).
• Understanding of business processes, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• SAP certification in FICO.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
