SAP FICO Trainer

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer with hands-on expertise in accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, developing engaging course materials, and mentoring learners to master financial and controlling modules in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive SAP FICO training modules covering Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Integrate practical insights from Tally, Zoho, and Excel to bridge learners’ understanding between traditional accounting software and SAP systems.
• Develop training curricula, case studies, and exercises for both online and classroom settings.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide personalized guidance to trainees.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA finance trends and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the academic and curriculum teams to ensure effective content delivery and learner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial systems (Tally, Zoho, Excel).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP FICO Trainer or Consultant.
• Solid understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
