Desired Profile

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Finance (FICO) Consultant to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions in enterprise transformation programs
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, a strong understanding of financial processes, and exposure to modern SAP tools such as SAP Activate, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
• Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning
• Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects
• Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Qualifications for Internal CandidatesRequired Skills & Experience49 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the Finance domain
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping
• Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models
• Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP
• Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus
