You will be working as an Assistant Manager - FICO Functional for our esteemed client in the public sector company based in Kolkata. The company has a significant presence in both manufacturing and service sectors, showcasing a consistent track record of growth and profitability. Your main responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements for finance-related processes. You will be required to prepare high-quality functional specifications to align with business objectives and map existing finance business processes with SAP S/4HANA functionality. Furthermore, you will design and execute test cases for various testing phases and coordinate end-to-end testing with technical and business teams. Timely communication on deliverables and risks, creation of user manuals, and providing post-go-live functional support in SAP S/4HANA Finance will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, preferably in implementation or support projects. A good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic to intermediate knowledge of ABAP for functional debugging are essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as effective communication abilities to interact with business users and cross-functional teams, will be crucial for success.
